Itinerary

About 17 Hours

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your Hurghada hotel or resort (typically between 4:00-5:00 AM). Settle into your private, air-conditioned vehicle for the approximately 3.5-hour scenic drive across the Eastern Desert, with a rest stop en route. Arriving in Luxor by mid-morning, you'll first cross the Nile to the West Bank to explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, where you'll descend into three royal tombs (such as those of Tutankhamun, Ramses VI, or Seti I) to witness vividly preserved hieroglyphs and burial chambers. Next, visit the stunning Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, a masterpiece of ancient architecture carved into the cliffs, before a photo stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon. After lunch at a local restaurant (optional), you'll cross back to the East Bank to discover the immense Karnak Temple Complex—the largest religious building ever constructed—where you'll walk through the forest of columns in the Great Hypostyle Hall and explore temples, obelisks, and sacred lakes. Finally, visit the elegant Luxor Temple on the Nile Corniche to see Roman frescoes layered atop pharaonic structures. As the afternoon wanes, you'll begin the return journey to Hurghada, arriving at your hotel by early evening, having condensed millennia of history into one extraordinary day.

*(Duration: ~14-16 hours total | Includes: Private round-trip transfers from Hurghada, licensed Egyptologist guide in Luxor, all entrance fees to mentioned sites, bottled water, lunch at local restaurant)
