Itinerary
After picking up, you will embark on a captivating tour of Aswan's most significant sites. Your journey begins at the great Philae Temple, a magnificent complex dedicated to the goddess Isis, gracefully relocated to its current island setting.
Next, witness modern engineering at the Aswan High Dam, a pivotal 20th-century project that created Lake Nasser. The tour concludes at the ancient granite quarries, where the colossal Unfinished Obelisk offers a fascinating glimpse into pharaonic stone-working techniques.
Following your explorations, you will be transferred to your Nile cruise ship for check-in, where you can relax and anticipate the journey ahead.
Overnight onboard the Nile Cruise in Aswan
OPTIONAL TOUR TO ABU SIMBEL:
Early in the morning around 4:00 AM, our expert tour guide will pick you up from your Nile cruise in Aswan and will escort you to enjoy our special Abu Simbel day tour, you will visit two temples. The first is the temple of Ramses II, which was dedicated to the four gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and Ramesses II himself, and the second temple for Queen Nefertari (king Ramses II's preferred wife), after finishing the visit, you will take the way back to Aswan.
In the afternoon, enjoy your lunch, during the cruise navigation to Kom Ombo, you will visit the unique temple that was dedicated to two different gods: the local crocodile-headed god Sobek, the falcon-headed god Horus the elder.
Dinner during sailing to Edfu
Overnight onboard the Nile Cruise in Edfu.
After breakfast, your day begins with a visit to the exceptionally well-preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu, an awe-inspiring monument dedicated to the falcon-headed god.
Your Nile cruise then sets sail towards Luxor, the world's greatest open-air museum. Upon arrival, you will be met by our expert guide for an unforgettable afternoon exploring the monumental Karnak Temple Complex. Stand in reverence within the Great Hypostyle Hall, a breathtaking forest of towering columns, and see the ancient Sacred Lake.
The experience culminates with a walk along the historic Sphinx Avenue; a majestic pathway lined with guardian statues. This ceremonial route connects Karnak to the magnificent Luxor Temple, allowing you to follow in the footsteps of pharaohs towards what was once the most significant religious center in ancient Egypt.

Following breakfast and disembarkation from your cruise, we will escort you to the legendary West Bank of Luxor. Your journey into the realm of the pharaohs begins in the Valley of the Kings, where you can explore the magnificent tombs of Egypt's greatest rulers. We highly recommend visiting the famed tomb of King Tutankhamun to witness his final resting place.
The tour proceeds to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. This architectural masterpiece, dedicated to the god Amun, stands as a testament to the power of the female pharaoh who ruled Egypt over 3,500 years ago. followed by a stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the monumental guardians of the ancient necropolis
In the evening, our representative will transfer you to your hotel / train's station / airport

If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and Red Rose Travel has already paid costs on your behalf, you will charged for these costs.
